A\u010d to tak pro nezasv\u011bcen\u00e9ho m\u016f\u017ee vypadat, tak tomu tak nen\u00ed. Mise Facebooku to podle m\u011b vystihuje nejl\u00e9pe: <em>D\u00e1t lidem \u201cPower to share\u201d<\/em>. Sledujeme \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dky nejvlivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch celebrit, obdivujeme Mare\u0161e, ale zapomn\u011bli jsme na to, \u017ee m\u00e1me v bar\u00e1ku stovky, n\u011bkdy tis\u00edce zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, kde ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 v pr\u016fm\u011bru minim\u00e1ln\u011b 200 p\u0159\u00e1tel na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch. <strong>Employee Advocacy<\/strong> je buzzwordem v zahrani\u010d\u00ed u\u017e od roku 2012. Firmy, kter\u00e9 jako prvn\u00ed objev\u00ed tento skryt\u00fd potenci\u00e1l, t\u011bm se bude o pozornost z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f, uchaze\u010d\u016f o pr\u00e1ci, investor\u016f, ve\u0159ejnosti bojovat mnohem snadn\u011bji. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>2. Personalizovan\u00e1 distribuce obsahu<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b jsou n\u00e1strojem na <strong>personalizovan\u00fd marketing ve velk\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku<\/strong>. N\u00e1r\u016fst pozornosti sm\u011brem k instant messaging aplikac\u00edm, bot\u016fm a automatizaci n\u00e1m ukazuje, kudy se bude marketing ub\u00edrat. Ale pro \u010cR je na tento trend podle m\u011b je\u0161t\u011b brzo, \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 implementace vy\u017eaduje <strong>zm\u011bnu p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed nad zp\u016fsobem distribuce obsahu<\/strong>, ne\u017e je tomu dote\u010f (nap\u0159. jedna reklama do TV vs. spousta vide\u00ed do mnoha r\u016fznorod\u00fdch kan\u00e1l\u016f). T\u0159eba Netflix u\u017e to d\u011bl\u00e1, a to rovnou v glob\u00e1ln\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku. A krom\u011b zm\u011bny my\u0161len\u00ed bude tak\u00e9 pot\u0159eba za\u010d\u00edt vyu\u017e\u00edvat \u201cbig data\u201d nejen jako cool slovo na slidech prezentac\u00ed a nau\u010dit marketingov\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed programovat. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>3. Data-driven Content <\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V\u011bt\u0161ina redak\u010dn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f social media mana\u017eer\u016f jsou kalend\u00e1\u0159e. Po 10 vide\u00edch, kdy jsem se nau\u010dil st\u0159\u00edhat, jsem se v listopadu na WebSummitu jsem dozv\u011bd\u011bl, \u017ee video u\u017e nen\u00ed jen trend, \u017ee to je nutn\u00e1 sou\u010d\u00e1st. Data n\u00e1m ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdzva je te\u010f tvo\u0159it videa prim\u00e1rn\u011b pro social<\/strong>, a ne pro TV<\/span><b>.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> M\u00e1me k dispozici mnohem v\u00edce dat, produkce je n\u00e1sobn\u011b levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, a jako form\u00e1t vedou. <strong>Bu\u010fme v\u00edce lidmi, to\u010dme videa!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>5. Social Media First<\/b><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prob\u00edh\u00e1, a dal\u0161\u00ed 2-3 roky bude prob\u00edhat, boj o p\u0159esuny TV rozpo\u010dt\u016f do socialu, kde jde v efektivit\u011b vid\u011bt obrovsk\u00e1 propast. Sna\u017e\u00edme se vysv\u011btlovat, \u017ee u\u017e jsou ty tam doby, kdy sta\u010dilo d\u00e1t TV spot na FB \u010di YT a zapnout reklamu. Ba naopak, je obrovsk\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost d\u00edky dat\u016fm a m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt vytv\u00e1\u0159et obsah nejd\u0159\u00edv pro social, a pak do n\u011bj po otestov\u00e1n\u00ed investovat, a p\u0159etv\u00e1\u0159et \u010di d\u00e1le sd\u00edlet do dal\u0161\u00edch kan\u00e1l\u016f \u010di rovnou ATL (\u010d\u00e1st tohoto n\u00e1padu jsem prezentoval i jako produktov\u00fd feedback na Agency dnu ve FB v Dublinu, a byl vyhodnocen jako jeden z nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00edch).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/JrpRSxeA8C0\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jen se pod\u00edvejme, co se stalo webu. Prvn\u011b se vyv\u00edjely weby v\u00fdhradn\u011b pro desktop, pak jsme dom\u011b\u0159ili, \u017ee bychom je m\u011bli d\u011blat responzivn\u00ed. Ti nejerudovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nyn\u00ed vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed weby mobile first.
